Returns

Domestic Shipping

 

All domestic (Continental USA) purchases qualifies for FREE-SHIPPING using FedEX Ground and/or USPS First Class Tracking. A tracking number to track your shipment will be provided once your purchase has been shipped out.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

Shipping to Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will be charged a discounted shipping rate automatically added during your check out. Please contact us for additional information for all International Orders. FedEX and USPS are our primary shippers.

 

 

Customs Duties & Other Fees 

 

All California residents must pay for State enforced tax rate which is currently set at 9% of your total purchase price. All custom duties enforced by all international countries will be charged the current import & duty tax rate based on your location. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to pay for all custom duties, taxes and any other applicable fees pertaining to your order.

How to Return  

 

We charge a 20% re-stocking fee for all merchandise returned. In order to return your product, the product must be unused and in its' original packaging with all original contents inside the package. All returns must be made within 14 days of confirmed date of receiving your product. When a confirmed date is not available, the date used will be 3 days after the original shipment date. To coordinate a return, please contact us within the 14 day period as specified above. Your refund (Less 20% re-stocking fee) will be refunded back to you in the original form of payment after we receive the returned merchandise and checked for usage as well as any missing contents within 1-2 business days after confirmation. We will notify you of the refund by email on file. Original proof of purchase required.

 

 

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

We strive to protect all products to the best of our abilities before shipping. However, there are some instances where damages occur during transit process. Items received damaged or incorrect items must be notified to us immediately as soon as the damage or the incorrect items are verified by you. We will coordinate the logistics and other options accordingly to assist you with returning the items.

 

 

Exchanges  

 

All exchanges are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee unless we provide an exception prior to your exchange. Exchanges are provided in the form of a credit that will be applied to another product in the equal or lesser value. If the value of the exchanged product is greater than the originally purchased product price, you are responsible to provide additional payment of the difference in price. If the purchase of a product for exchange is lower than the originally purchased product, the difference in amount will be credited back to you.
